Phi Mu
Phi Mu (http://iupui.phimu.org) was founded in 1852 in Macon, Georgia at Wesleyan College. Our three main values that we strive to live by are Love, Honor, and Truth. Phi Mu Rho Alpha was founded at IUPUI on April 7, 1987 and is the oldest chapter on campus. Phi Mu is home to scholars, philanthropists, leaders, and artists who create a strong foundation for our members to succeed. We have two different philanthropies: CMN Hospitals and Phi Mu Foundation which is a philanthropy for Phi Mu women exclusively. For CMN Hospitals, we host an annual teeter-totter-a-thon event where we teeter totter for 36 hours straight! Phi Mu nationally has raised over $8.5 million dollars since 1986 for Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals. Rho Alpha is full of leadership opportunities, ways to get involved, and sisterhood to bring us closer together.

I joined Phi Mu in Fall of 2020, and it truly was something that changed my life in so many good ways. I have been supported not only in my growth as a member, but also in school and I never would have felt this support without Phi Mu. The opportunities that this group has brought me are endless and I will forever be grateful for my Phi Mu sisters.
